- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 200 grams white rice, for serving
Method
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until translucent.
