Method

  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the layered potatoes and onions, ensuring it soaks through the layers.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy top.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, allowing the flavors to meld and the dish to set. Serve hot and enjoy!
