  • 8 eggs

  • 400 grams of baked beans
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 tomatoes (approximately 400 grams in total)
  • 8 slices of bacon (approximately 200 grams in total)
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup (30 grams)
  • 200 grams of chips (fries)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme (5 grams)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the sausages, bacon, and chips on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes, turning the sausages and bacon halfway through for even cooking.
  • While the meat and chips are baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the tomatoes, season with salt, thyme, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
