Ingredients

  • 4 slices of turkey breast
  • 50 grams of cranberry sauce
  • 100 grams of leftover stuffing
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 60 grams of brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy and set aside.
  • Slice the bread rolls in half. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Layer each roll with 2 slices of turkey breast, 50 grams of stuffing, and 30 grams of brie cheese.
  • Top with spinach leaves and a generous tablespoon of cranberry sauce on each roll.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the top half of the bread rolls and press gently.
  • Place the assembled sandwiches in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until the brie cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, add 2 slices of crispy bacon to each sandwich, and serve warm.
