  • 10 grams of butter

Method

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, milk, flour, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Flake the haddock into small pieces and gently fold into the mashed potato mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
