Method

  • Beat the eggs in a medium bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook, running a spatula around the edge to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edge.
