Ingredients

  • 200g bacon
  • 200g sausages
  • 6 eggs

  • 2g pepper
  • 2g paprika
  • 2g thyme
  • 2g rosemary

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In the same skillet, cook the sausages until they are browned and cooked through. Set aside with the bacon.

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, and scramble them in a separate skillet with 20g butter, until they are fluffy and cooked to your preference. Set aside.
  • Toast the slices of bread, spread with the remaining butter, and arrange on plates.
  • Assemble the breakfast on plates, distributing the bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, and buttered toast equally.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of paprika over the baked beans for an added touch of warmth.
