  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 200 grams of beef, diced
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Method

  • In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  • Add the diced beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Pour in the water, then add the grated beetroot, diced carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer. Add the shredded cabbage, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well-blended.
  • Stir in the vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
