  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 5 grams butter
  • 5 grams olive oil
  • 5 ml vinegar

Method

  • Blanch the cabbage leaves in a pot of boiling water for a few minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil and butter, then sauté the onion, garlic, and diced bacon until golden.
  • Combine the ground pork, rice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and sautéed onion mixture in a bowl.
  • Place a portion of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf, roll tightly, and tuck the ends in.
  • In a large pot, place bay leaves and a layer of tomato sauce, then arrange the cabbage rolls, and pour remaining tomato sauce and vinegar on top.
