  • 2 large Tomatoes, diced

  • 30g Palm oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Chili pepper, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Ginger (Ground)

Method

  • Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and chili pepper, and sauté until the onion turns translucent.
