Ingredients

  • 2 Chambo fish, cleaned and gutted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 g salt
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 30 ml oil
  • 5 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 g thyme
  • 5 g coriander, chopped
  • 3 g chili powder
  • 5 ml vinegar

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
