  • 200 grams of Vermicelli noodles
  • 100 grams of Sugar
  • 2 grams of Saffron strands
  • 2 grams of Cardamom, ground
  • 50 grams of Butter
  • 30 ml of Rosewater
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 2 grams of Cinnamon
  • 2 grams of Cloves

Method

  • Start by soaking saffron strands in 50 ml of warm water for 10 minutes to release its vibrant color and flavor.
  • In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat and add vermicelli. Toast until golden brown, stirring consistently to prevent burning.
  • Gently add sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, stirring to coat the vermicelli with the aromatic spices and sweetness.
  • Pour the saffron water and rosewater over the sweetened noodles and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt, then add to the pan, stirring to integrate and gently cook with the noodles.
