- 500 g Lamb, boneless
- 4 g Cumin, ground
- 4 g Coriander, ground
- 2 g Cardamom, ground

- 2 g Black pepper
- 20 g Garlic, minced
- 20 g Ginger, minced
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Fresh Coriander, chopped
Method
