- 400g Red kidney beans, canned
- 200g Rice, Jasmine
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 100g Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2g Thyme, dried
- 2g Black pepper
- 2g Salt
- 5ml Olive Oil
- 2g Chili powder
