Ingredients

  • 200 grams Polish sausage
  • 200 grams potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 200 grams baked beans
  • 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams pepper
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 Eastern European stock cube

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large skillet, brown the Polish sausage slices over medium heat, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the potatoes and mushrooms until they’re golden and tender.
  • Add the baked beans, water, salt, pepper, and stock cube. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
