- 2 potatoes, approximately 400 grams
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 2 beef steak tomatoes, approximately 250 grams
- 2 slices of crusty bread, approximately 100 grams
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200 milliliters of water
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Thinly slice the potatoes and mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes.
- In a large ovenproof dish, layer the potatoes, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Season each layer with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar over the layers.
- Add water to the dish, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
