  • 200 g Conch meat, minced
  • 100 g Onion, finely chopped
  • 100 g Bell peppers, finely chopped

  • 5 g Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 5 g Salt
  • 2 g Black pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 5 g Thyme, chopped
  • 5 g Parsley, chopped
  • 5 g Coriander, chopped

Method
