- 2 lepinja flatbreads
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and lamb with the onion, garlic, baking soda, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small, uniform sausage shapes, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
