Ingredients
- 4 sheets of puff pastry (200 grams)
- 50 grams almond flour
- 50 grams butter, softened
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 ml almond extract
- 20 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
- Add the almond flour, egg, and almond extract to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Add the pinch of salt and cinnamon, giving a final mix.
