  • 200 grams of Spaghetti
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 40 grams of Olive oil
  • 2 grams of Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 100 grams of fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 grams of fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 grams of Salt
  • 40 grams of Parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
