  • 1-inch ginger, minced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 200 grams white rice

Method

  • Marinate the diced chicken breasts in plain yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon coriander, and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
