Ingredients
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 60 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 grams potatoes
- 100 grams farmer’s cheese
- 1 onion
- 30 grams butter
- 60 ml sour cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Method
- Start by creating the dough: mix all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center, adding the egg and water. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Mash them and mix with farmer’s cheese.
- Dice the onion and sauté in butter until golden. Add to the potato and cheese mixture with pepper and salt.
- Roll the dough to 2mm thickness and cut 8cm circles. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each and fold, pinching the edges.
