Ingredients
- 4 pork sausages
- 500 grams potatoes
- 50 grams butter
- 100 ml milk
- 2 onions
- 500 ml beef stock

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Method
- Peel and chop the potatoes, and boil them in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes are boiling, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, approximately 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
