  • 300g Chicken, cut into pieces
  • 30ml Palm oil
  • 200g Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 100g Okra, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1-2 Chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 500ml Water

Method

  • Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent and aromatic.
  • Add the chicken pieces and brown all sides for about 5 minutes.
