Ingredients
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 large Onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch of Cilantro, chopped
- 1 large Avocado, sliced
- 200 grams Cheese, shredded
- 1 small Lime, cut into wedges
- 200 grams Salsa
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp of Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then sauté the chopped Onion until it is translucent.
