Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 4 rashers of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- 200 grams of baked beans
- 200 grams of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place the tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 15-20 minutes.
