  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 grams salt
  • 2 grams black pepper
  • 5 grams coriander
  • 5 grams ginger, ground
  • 5 grams coriander
  • 5 ml olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 grams turmeric
  • 200 ml water

Method

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.

  • Add 200 ml of water and the bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the beef is tender.
  • While the beef is simmering, boil noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small pan, boil eggs for 5 minutes until hard-boiled. Let cool, peel and slice.
  • Remove the bay leaves, combine the noodles with the beef mixture, and toss well to combine.
  • Serve the beef noodles topped with the sliced eggs and garnish with a sprinkle of coriander.
