Ingredients
- 250 grams beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 200 grams flour noodles
- 2 large eggs
- 5 grams salt
- 2 grams black pepper
- 5 grams coriander
- 5 grams ginger, ground
- 5 grams coriander
- 5 ml olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 grams turmeric
- 200 ml water
Method
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
- In the same pan, add the sliced beef, salt, pepper, ginger, coriander, and turmeric. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Add 200 ml of water and the bay leaves. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the beef is tender.
- While the beef is simmering, boil noodles in a separate pot according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small pan, boil eggs for 5 minutes until hard-boiled. Let cool, peel and slice.
- Remove the bay leaves, combine the noodles with the beef mixture, and toss well to combine.
- Serve the beef noodles topped with the sliced eggs and garnish with a sprinkle of coriander.
