- 400 grams Potatoes
- 120 grams All-purpose flour
- 30 grams Bryndza (sheep cheese)
- 4 strips Bacon
- 30 grams Sour cream

Method
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine grated potatoes with all-purpose flour and salt. Mix to form a dough.
