- 200 grams of beef, diced
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Method
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
