Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, approximately 400 grams
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 beef steak tomatoes, approximately 250 grams
  • 2 slices of crusty bread, approximately 100 grams
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 milliliters of water

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Thinly slice the potatoes and mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes.
  • In a large ovenproof dish, layer the potatoes, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Season each layer with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar over the layers.
  • Add water to the dish, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, tear the crusty bread into small pieces to create a crumble topping.
  • Remove the foil and top the bake with the bread crumble. Bake for another 10 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Tips
