Ingredients

  • 300g Cabbage
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Butter
  • 5g Dijon Mustard
  • 5g Wholemeal Flour
  • 2g Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Pinch of Thyme
  • Pinch of Rosemary
  • 200ml Water

Method

  • Finely shred the cabbage and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the cabbage.
  • Season the cabbage with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the wholemeal flour over the cabbage and stir to combine.
