Ingredients

  • 200 g of carrots, diced
  • 200 g of potatoes, diced
  • 100 g of turnip, diced
  • 100 g of cabbage, shredded
  • 100 g of courgette, sliced
  • 100 g of aubergine, diced
  • 100 g of peppers, diced
  • 200 g of butter beans, canned and drained
  • 50 g of oats
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary

Method

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
