  • 100 grams almond flour

  • 100 grams dark chocolate, melted

  • 50 grams sugar (granulated)
  • 50 grams crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25 grams hazelnuts, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a small cake tin with butter and line the base with parchment paper.
