- 200g clams, rinsed and scrubbed

- 150g carrots, diced
- 500ml fish stock
- 200g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 150g bacon, diced
- 150g turnip, peeled and cubed
- 150g cabbage, chopped
- 1 liter water
- 2g salt
- 1g black pepper
- 5g fresh thyme, chopped
- 20ml olive oil
Method
