Ingredients

  • 300 grams sausages
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 100 grams celery root, diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 20 grams butter
  • 100 grams smoked bacon, diced
  • 100 ml cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of thyme
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml water

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large oven-safe pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add the smoked bacon and sausages, and cook until the sausages are browned.
  • Remove the sausages and bacon, and set aside.
